Pay: $58.38 - $79.04 (based on experience and qualification)

As a Centre Director at Goodstart youll be at the heart of our leadership team playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. Youll build strong meaningful relationships with children families and communities fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
  
  

About Goodstart Huntley Street

• Architecturally designed early learning centre purpose-built by the City of Sydney.
• Licensed for 80 children catering for ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Affordable community-focused service located in Sydneys vibrant inner suburbs.
• Long day care operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

Youll need:

• A Diploma or bachelors in early childhood education (or working towards)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training completed via Geccko platform
