Job Title: Contract Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and amend commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including approvals, renewals, and termination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Maintain contract records and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in commercial contracts.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
