We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural background, practical experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation, and an interest in marketing and business development. The role combines architectural design, technical coordination, commercial assessment, and client development.

Job Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Technical Work

• Prepare architectural and interior design 2D & 3D drawings, details, and presentations.

• Develop design concepts and assist in design development.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with other engineering disciplines.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction details.

• Research materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions.

2. Quantity Surveying

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity take-offs.

• Calculate quantities for architectural, finishing, and construction works.

3. Marketing & Business Development

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and promoting company services.

• Prepare company presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Practical experience in Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation is essential.

• Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and finishing techniques.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or any relevant application, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

• Knowledge of Photoshop and other presentation tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as within a team.
