Talent Sourcing Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY

The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role within the Talent Identification and Intelligence team, driving proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber talent across professional, specialist, and leadership roles. This role delivers advanced sourcing solutions &builds sustainable pipelines.

ROLE PROFILE

• Identify and source high-quality candidates using direct search, networking, social media, referrals, and sourcing tools.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for professional, specialist, and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with workforce and succession plans.
• Conduct talent mapping to identify competitor talent pools, emerging skills, and market trends.
• Gather and share talent market, candidate, and competitor insights to support hiring decisions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and sourcing tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and best practices.
