Linux Plus Information Systems is a leading provider of IT consulting, education, migration, and management services. The company specializes in verticals like clouds, dev-ops, databases, backup and disaster recovery, application development, and implementation, as well as IT security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Work closely with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and articulate how the company’s software products can address specific network, security, and IT infrastructure challenges.
• Solution Design & Demonstrations: Create customized network and security solutions for clients based on their unique requirements. Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POC), and technical presentations.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge of network design, security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems (IDS), encryption, and related security technologies.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and present solution architectures, network topology diagrams, and detailed technical documentation to clients.
• Proposal Creation: Collaborate with sales teams to create RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and respond to client inquiries with accurate technical information.
• Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical matters during the pre-sales process.
• Product Training: Educate prospective clients on the company’s products, their functionality, and their value in improving network security, scalability, and performance.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and assist the sales team with strategies to overcome competitor objections.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the product development and engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements and feedback are communicated and addressed in future product releases.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in dealing with following Vendors: Cisco,HPE (Aruba), FortiGate, Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Splunk ,Trellix.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, etc.)
• Strong Understanding of Security technologies : NGFW, IPS, WAF, DAM, Sandbox, NAC, SSO, DDI, Container Security, Web Gateway, Mail Gateway, MDM, Anti Froud, IOT Security, EDR,NDR,NGFW,IPS, SIEM, SOAR, ASM, PAM, IAM, MFA.
• Strong presentation and demonstration abilities.
