Operate machines according to approved operating instructions. Conduct daily machine inspections before and during operation to ensure readiness. Perform simple operational maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting authorized parts as per instructions. Monitor the technical status of the machine, detect any abnormal noises, vibrations, or malfunctions, and report them immediately. Cooperate with the maintenance team during repairs and preventive maintenance work. Adhere to the machine's preventive maintenance plan and assist in its implementation. Monitor product quality, achieve production targets, and reduce waste and scrap. Record production data, downtime, and malfunctions. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the machine and the workplace. Comply with safety procedures and use personal protective equipment. Adhere to shift schedules and hand over the machine and shift properly.
