About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated General Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who wants to shift their career into ERP Consulting. This role at ABM offers a unique opportunity to combine your financial expertise with technology. No prior ERP implementation experience is required—we provide full, hands-on training on our proprietary ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client accounting cycles and map their financial processes into our ERP modules.
• Participate in full ERP implementation projects, from initial system setup to go-live.
• Train end-users (accountants and financial managers) on how to use the ERP financial modules effectively.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot accounting discrepancies for clients.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of solid experience as a General Accountant (GL, A/P, A/R, Financial Reporting).
• Previous experience working as an end-user on any accounting software or ERP system.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a true passion for technology.
