Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and determine preventive measures.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices.
• Investigate accidents and provide reports and recommendations.
• Responsible for the operation and ensuring the efficiency of various automatic fire extinguishing systems.
• Responsible for monitoring the efficient operation of fire pumps.
• Evaluate the adequacy of measures taken to correct department inspection violations.
• Daily inspection of all production lines, warehouses, scrap collection areas, and parking lots to ensure work is proceeding safely, avoiding fire hazards or potential injuries to employees.
• Daily inspection of existing fire extinguishing equipment to ensure its readiness and validity.
• Issue work permits to maintenance workers when performing hazardous tasks.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on firefighting and emergency response.
• Determine the root causes of accidents in cooperation with other departments and establish measures to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure the availability, efficiency, and suitability of personal protective equipment.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate of a science-related faculty (Agriculture, Engineering, Workers University, or a related field).
• Holds an Occupational Safety Specialist qualification – OSHA.
• Holds a Civil Defense qualification course.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety.
• Age not less than 35 years.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
