• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment across technical, operational, administrative, and managerial positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Manage recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including Time to Fill and Cost per Hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Proven hands-on experience in both White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English.
