Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Techo-Functional Track Lead to oversee and manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules with a proven track record in leading teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design configuration and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs translating them into technical specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle SCM processes ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
• Conduct system testing troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure smooth operation of SCM applications.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users to enhance system adoption and usage.
• Manage project timelines resources and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle SCM features and industry trends recommending enhancements and improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Oracle SCM modules (e.g. Inventory Purchasing Order Management etc.).
• Strong technical skills in Oracle applications including configuration customization and integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle SCM or related fields are a plus.
