Do you turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content? LynGrow is looking for a creative Video Editor to bring our clients’ brands to life through engaging videos for social media, ads, and campaigns.

What you’ll do

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Produce longer videos such as brand stories, promos, testimonials, and event coverage
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and color correction
• Turn creative briefs and scripts into polished videos that match each client’s brand
• Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams on campaigns
• Keep up with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Organize footage and project files, and deliver on tight deadlines

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, ideally for social media or a marketing agency.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; After Effects is a big plus.
• Experience with CapCut or similar tools for fast social content.
• A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style.
• Understanding of what makes content perform on each platform.
• Ability to handle feedback and multiple projects at once.
• A portfolio or showreel is required.
