Duties & Responsibilities

● Receive project design from direct manager or exterior designer.

● Develop a 3D model adding structure, plans, sections, and elevations.

● Develop detailed dimensions and measurements for each structure, plan, section and elevation.

● Issue draft files and submit them to the direct manager.

● Amend or edit designs as per direct manager feedback.

● Perform any additional design as requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

● 0-1 years experience as Technical office

● Strong knowledge of architecture technicality and materials.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max / SketchUp, Revit (is must), Photoshop.

● Good understanding of technical drawings and construction details.
