We are hiring for three management positions at an established events venue and café in Shebin El Kom: Hall Manager, Café Manager and General Manager. Please state which position you are applying for.

Hall Manager (2+ years of experience)

• Run daily hall operations and oversee setup for weddings and events

• Supervise reception, floor, cleaning and security teams

• Coordinate with clients before, during and after each event

Café Manager (2+ years of experience)

• Manage café operations, shifts, inventory and purchasing

• Lead baristas and waiters, including training and scheduling

• Track costs and sales, and keep service and hygiene standards high

General Manager (5+ years of experience)

• Oversee the hall and the café and report directly to the owner

• Set operational plans, budgets and targets, and monitor profitability

• Manage HR, suppliers and contracts, and lead the other two managers

What we are looking for (all positions)

• Proven experience in hospitality, events or food and beverage management

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Well presented, reliable and punctual

• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays

• Based in Shebin El Kom or nearby
