We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be eager to learn and develop their skills in daily accounting operations, client billing, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and managing client invoices and billing.
• Help monitor and track daily cash flow and financial transactions.
• Record and organize daily financial transactions accurately.
• Follow up on client payments and outstanding receivables.
• Assist in preparing regular financial reports and summaries.
• Support account reconciliation and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and other financial matters.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
• Assist the Legal Accountant with monthly and annual financial closing by preparing the required documents and records.
• Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills.
• Must be based in Alexandria, Egypt.
• Willing to work full-time on-site.
