Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the daily document cycle of the branch and ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and monitor treasury movements and petty cash.
• Ensure that cash and bank balances are reconciled with accounting records on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the central finance department to submit required documents and reports.
• Review and verify invoices and follow up on collection and payment processes.
• Contribute to periodic inventory counts of branch assets and stock.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
• A good understanding of basic accounting principles and the financial work cycle.
• Ability to work with electronic accounting systems.
• High level of discipline, punctuality, and complete confidentiality in handling financial data.
