Job Objective:
Responsible for marketing and selling the engineering and industrial products and solutions offered by the company, attracting new clients, building long-term business relationships with existing clients, providing technical and engineering support to clients, understanding their needs, submitting appropriate technical and commercial proposals, and working to achieve set sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Searching for new clients and targeting companies, factories, and entities that require the company's products and solutions.
Communicating with existing and potential clients and introducing the company's products and services.
Understanding clients' technical needs and identifying appropriate engineering products and solutions.
Preparing and submitting price quotations and technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Following up on submitted price quotations and working to convert them into contracts and purchase orders.
Conducting site visits to clients and factories to follow up on their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiating with clients regarding prices and supply terms in accordance with company policies.
Following up on client orders and coordinating with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment on schedule.
Monitoring the market and competitors and gathering information related to prices, products, and sales opportunities.
Preparing periodic reports on sales, visits, potential clients, and business opportunities.
Following up on after-sales services, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing their inquiries in coordination with the relevant departments.
Working to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
