Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales is preferred. Leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide the work team. Ability to follow up on and achieve Sales Targets. Good knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strong communication skills and professional customer handling. Ability to monitor inventory, perform stock takes, and organize work within the branch. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
