• Receiving and responding to calls, messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Providing accurate information about product specifications, operating methods, and correct usage.
• Assisting in troubleshooting minor issues and resolving them remotely.

Maintenance and warranty order management:

• Opening maintenance tickets and scheduling technician visits.
• Verifying warranty validity and terms, and informing the customer accordingly.
• Following up on requests until closure and ensuring customer satisfaction post-service.
• Coordinating spare parts requests with the warehouse department.

Complaint handling:

• Listening to complaints calmly and documenting them accurately.
• Providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex cases to the supervisor or the relevant department.
• Following up on escalated complaints and updating the customer on progress.

Documentation and reporting:

• Recording all interactions on the CRM system.
• Preparing periodic reports on prominent recurring issues and customer feedback.
• Proposing service improvements based on customer opinions.
