We are looking for an Indoor Retail Sales associate to work in our branches, possessing excellent communication skills and a presentable appearance to welcome customers and provide an excellent shopping experience that ensures the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome customers inside the branch in a professional manner. Understand customer needs, display suitable products, and explain their features. Offer complementary suggestions to increase the invoice value. Organize and arrange displays inside the branch according to company standards. Achieve monthly sales targets. Monitor inventory movement within the branch and report shortages. Handle the sales process and deliver products to the customer smoothly. Handle customer complaints and inquiries skillfully to ensure their satisfaction.
