3 to 5 years of experience. Knowledge of belt, bearing, and gearbox maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Commitment to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the mechanical maintenance department, for example: achieving the monthly downtime target, spare parts consumption rate, and completing announced maintenance plans. Follow up on breakdowns, work on recurring ones, and analyze the root cause of recurrence. Create a report on the technical condition of equipment and send it periodically to the direct supervisor. Knowledge of industrial safety instructions. Adherence to the work system and company rules.
