Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into meaningful insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Sisense, Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform, schedule, and monitor data refreshes to ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, reliable, and up to date.
• Implement data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in the BI Support team, providing first-line support and communicating effectively with internal and external users to resolve BI-related requests and incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation covering data models, reporting logic, workflows, and BI processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to improve business performance and decision-making.
• Work with various data sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, cloud-based systems, and APIs, to integrate and prepare datasets for reporting.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate stakeholder feedback into BI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence development, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.
• Understanding of data security, governance, and role-based access controls.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Additional Qualifications to be considered as an advantage:

• Hands-on experience with Sisense, including dashboard development, data modeling, and data refresh management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, Power Query, or DAX.
• Experience with Python, R or other scripting languages for data processing and automation
