Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Media Communications or related field.
  

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales within media advertising or digital marketing sectors.
  

• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
  

• Strong negotiation persuasion and deal-closing skills.
  

• Solid understanding of advertising solutions media buying strategies and digital/social media platforms.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to engage high-profile clients.
  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance develop insights and propose optimization strategies.
  

• Ability to manage multiple accounts prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  

• Strong business acumen proactive approach and client-centric attitude.
