Role Summary

Whats On Your Plate

• Validate schedule for Content Specialists maintain reports and manage schedule changes.

• Keep track of daily attendance overtime sick leaves and other types of leave and maintain a timesheet.

• Track content team performance on a daily basis to ensure SL & quality targets are met.

• Monitor content leaders performance and overall team KPIs.

• POC with all countries in case of any project.

• Manage internal & external communication.

• Provide periodic reports on performance.

What Did We Order

• A Bachelors degree.

• 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in the content field or call center is a MUST.

• 2 years of experience as a supervisor/ team leader is a must.

• Capability of using Microsoft Office products.

• advanced English (written and spoken)
