Spa Supervisor

Job Summary

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Spa Supervisor at our luxurious wellness facility located in 6th of October City Egypt. As a Spa Supervisor you will play a crucial role in managing our daytoday operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Oversee and coordinate all spa operations including treatment bookings staff scheduling and facility management
• Ensure adherence to spa policies and standard operating procedures
• Train coach and mentor spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
• Manage inventory of spa products and supplies placing orders as needed
• Implement and support strategic initiatives to enhance the spas offerings and overall guest experience
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness safety and functionality of all spa areas and equipment
• Handle guest inquiries feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to promote spa services and create integrated wellness experiences
• Analyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the spas services and operations

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a supervisory role within the spa or wellness industry
• Indepth knowledge of spa treatments therapies and wellness practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer serviceoriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer applications
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
• Demonstrated ability to handle budgets and financial reporting
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Certification in spa management or related field (preferred)
• First aid and CPR certification
