Shift Lead Engineer

Job Summary

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

The Shift Lead Engineer will resonsible to supervise the operations of the unit by organizing the activity/workflow of the plant and making the interface with other teams (Industrial / Maintenance SIO Center Business Developer....)

• Support daily site activities for production and maintenance.

• Responsible during his duty on plant operations in terms of plant monitoring start-up and shutdown.

• Ensure safety in normal and special maintenance tasks.

• Perform normal preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (day-to-day).

• Contribute to site reliability through 24-hour troubleshooting.

• Perform equipment and facility rounds for safety reliability and efficiency purposes.

• Under the supervision of the site leader ensures Occupational Safety Process Safety and Security for the site working effectively with new SIO tools including his self training record updated as per assigned.

• Lead /supervise the shift team during normal operation startup and / or troubleshooting to keep production units and all associated equipments running at max. productivity and min. down time resulting in cost effective and safe operations.

• Validate the plants parameter collected locally on the field during the routine rounds & diary checks sheet and report / acts as per disturbance / troubles referring to operation instructions / procedures.

• Monitor and adjust if needed the plants parameters through the automated system and report abnormalities if any.

• Validate the truck unloading checklists.

• Plant start up / shut down using dedicated checklists and handover using dedicated reports.

Are you a MATCH

• Electrical Electromechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent

• Fluent English

• 1 to 4 years of experience in the Electrical maintenance and instrumentaton field in the heavy industry is a must

• Experience or string knowledge of the following:

- Control valves pressure/DP transmitters gas analyzers temp. elements

- Electrical equipment maintenance (MV/LV switch gears MV/LV motors heaters Transformers)

- Pumps compressors pressure vessels manual valves lubrication basics water treatment

• Strong Knoeledge of the Control systems

• Air Separation Units or industrial gasses is preferred

• Maximo background is preferred

• Analytical thinking

• High level of safety commitment

• Good communication skills

• Autonomy

• Google Suite or Ms Office is a must
