Job Title: IT Service Desk Specialist

Position Overview:

As an IT Service Desk Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve their problems. This is a full-time position based in 6th of October City Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests from clients

- Provide technical support and assistance to clients through phone email or chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution

- Document all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system

- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding the status of their issues

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our IT service desk processes and procedures

- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide the best support to our clients

- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our systems and applications

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- 2 years of experience in a technical support role preferably in a service desk environment

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems hardware and software

- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues

- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- IT certifications (such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
