Job Summary

Handle customer follow-up activities and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate customer appointments feedback and satisfaction surveys

Manage and update CRM systems and customer databases accurately

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently

Prepare CRM reports and customer satisfaction analysis

Coordinate with sales service and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Monitor customer retention and follow-up campaigns

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field

Previous experience in CRM customer service or automotive industry is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

Experience using CRM systems is preferred

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good command of English both written and spoken
