Customer Service Representative – Etisalat UAE
Job Description
- Provide customer support to Etisalat UAE customers through calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve performance targets.
- Handle customer interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
