PetroApp is looking for a dedicated and detail-orientedAccountantto join our finance this role you will be responsible for performing essential accounting functions maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the team in achieving financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including ledgers and journals.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support the month-end close process and assist with audits as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and accounting procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in accounting processes.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Odoo & Taxing experience is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
