Requirements

• Experience: A solid foundation with 1-3 years of relevant experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or a related field within the Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering sectors. This is an Entry Level position designed for rapid growth.

• Core Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Cost Estimation, Project Estimation, and Quantity Surveying.

• Technical Acumen: Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting is essential.

• Engineering Background: Foundational understanding of Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles, relevant to construction projects.

• Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with Construction Management practices and processes, including experience with Fitting-out projects.

• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional Analytical Skills and keen Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in all calculations and reports.
