Job Summary:
Responsible for daily accounting operations, transaction recording, account follow-up, and supporting the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare accounting entries and supporting documents.
- Follow up daily account balances and financial movements.
- Assist in bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.
- Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Good Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.
KPIs:
- Accuracy of daily transactions.
- Timely recording.
- Documentation accuracy.
- Reconciliation support quality.
