Overview:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Egypt or Jordan. The ideal candidate is an Agile champion who will facilitate teams in adopting Scrum methodologies and ensure efficient product delivery. The Scrum Master will work closely with development teams Product Owners and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement while removing roadblocks and driving agile best practices. This role requires strong expertise in JIRA & Confluence documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple Scrum teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
  

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  

• Monitor and manage JIRA boards ensuring accurate tracking of team progress sprint completion and backlog refinement.
  

• Ensure JIRA and Confluence documentation is wellmaintained clear and accessible for all stakeholders.
  

• Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the development team s progress escalating issues when necessary.
  

• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is welldefined groomed and prioritized.
  

• Foster collaboration and transparency between development teams stakeholders and leadership.
  

• Coach teams on Agile frameworks ensuring a culture of selforganization accountability and continuous improvement.
  

• Track team performance metrics (velocity burndown charts) and provide insights to optimize efficiency.
  

• Promote crossfunctional team collaboration ensuring alignment with product vision and business goals.
  

• Guide the team in adopting Agile engineering practices such as CI/CD testdriven development and automation.
  

• Support the organization in scaling Agile methodologies beyond a single team when necessary.
  

• Effectively handle multiple Scrum teams ensuring each team maintains Agile discipline and meets delivery goals.
  

• Proactively identify and resolve teamlevel impediments ensuring smooth workflow and communication across teams.
  

• Maintain clear and comprehensive Agile documentation sprint reports and team progress updates on Confluence.
  

• Act as an Agile change agent influencing teams and leadership on best practices for agility and lean development.
  

Requirements

• 1 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe or other Agile methodologies).
  

• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and driving team performance improvements.
  

• Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence for backlog management reporting and documentation.
  

• Ability to write clear and structured documentation to improve transparency and team alignment.
  

• Ability to remove roadblocks and foster an environment of continuous delivery and improvement.
  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ensuring alignment across teams and leadership.
  

• Proven experience handling multiple Scrum teams and ensuring smooth Agile .
  

• Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on team empowerment and Agile best practices.
  

• Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and selforganization.
  

• Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM SAFe SM) is preferred.
  

• Experience in the transportation or enterprise SaaS industry is a plus.
