Job Title: Factory Manager Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Industry: Cathodic Protection Manufacturing
Core Responsibilities
- Production Supervision: Oversee the end-to-end fabrication of Transformer Rectifiers, the production of cast anodes, and the manufacturing of all other related cathodic protection (CP) products.
- Operations & Planning: Assist the CEO in managing daily factory operations, optimizing workflow, and executing strategic production planning to meet order deadlines.
- Quality Control (QC): Manage and enforce rigorous quality control protocols across all stages of manufacturing to ensure products meet industry specifications and client requirements.
- Engineering & Design: Create, review, and modify 2D/3D product designs and mechanical drawings using CAD and SolidWorks.
- Team Leadership: Direct factory floor technicians and engineers, ensuring high productivity, strict adherence to safety standards, and proper technical execution.
- Resource Management: Monitor raw material inventory, coordinate supply chain needs for the production line, and oversee machinery maintenance schedules.
