Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the Port Said branch, including staff supervision, customer service, product quality, and store presentation. This role manages scheduling, coordinates front-of-house and kitchen teams, and ensures adherence to hygiene, safety, and company standards. The Branch Manager monitors inventory levels, controls costs, and collaborates with procurement and catering teams to support both retail and B2B activities. The role also involves tracking sales performance, implementing local promotional initiatives, and handling escalated guest concerns in a professional manner. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Said.
Qualifications & Requirements• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations management, including supervising teams and coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities.• Seniority Level: Senior level operational leadership in high-volume F&B environments.• Financial & Operational Control: Strong skills in inventory management and cost control, with the ability to monitor stock, reduce waste, and support efficient purchasing.• Leadership & Service Excellence: Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities, including scheduling, performance feedback, and developing team members for management roles.• Compliance: Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance in a pastry or restaurant environment.• Comfort with basic business reporting (daily sales, labor costs, operational KPIs) and point-of-sale systems.• Background: Prior experience in branch, store, or restaurant management is required; B2B or institutional catering experience is a distinct advantage.
