We are looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong visual aesthetic, creative mindset, and excellent artistic vision. Previous experience within real estate agencies or corporate environments is a must. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands premium aesthetics, and can translate brand concepts into compelling visual experiences across both static and video formats.
• Create high-quality visual materials for various marketing and communication needs
• Develop layouts, prints and digital marketing materials • Create and edit video content for marketing and promotional purposes
• Develop creative visual concepts aligned with the corporate brand identity • Maintain high design standards while meeting project deadlines
• Prepare accurate, print-ready, and digital production files
• Ensure strong visual consistency across all brand and project materials
• Collaborate with other departments for other design requests
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Marketing experience, with previous experience in the real estate industry being a must.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, print, video, and other marketing channels.
• Experience working closely with agencies, and creative suppliers.
• Ability to develop clear and effective creative briefs and communicate design and video requirements.
• Strong creative eye with an understanding of premium aesthetics, brand consistency, layouts, imagery, and video content.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong ability to work with different departments.
• Good command of English and strong proficiency in Designing programs and AI tools.
