Design and develop creative concepts for luxury corporate gifts, promotional giveaways, and custom manufactured items.
Create graphic designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
Develop creative visuals aligned with the company’s premium/luxury brand identity.
Design and develop creative concepts for luxury corporate gifts, promotional giveaways, and customized products.
Prepare designs and print-ready files for digital, print, and production requirements.
Support product visualization and customized product concepts using 3D design tools when required.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver practical design solutions.
Review samples and prototypes to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with approved designs.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain design assets, templates, 3D models, and brand guidelines.
Stay updated with relevant design trends, materials, and finishes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments whenever required, based on the needs and requirements of each project.
Requirements
BA bachelor’s degree in fine arts or Applied Arts is preferred, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, 3D modeling, or creative agency environments.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools (such as Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar software).
Strong background in creating product mockups, packaging design, and promotional items.
Strong attention to detail with a solid eye for luxury aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple revisions.
Good communication skills to present design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
