Job Purpose:
The AI Presales Consultant is responsible for leading strategic AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation presales engagements across enterprise customers. The role acts as a trusted advisor, helping organizations define their AI vision, identify business opportunities, design innovative solutions, and translate business challenges into scalable AI-powered transformation initiatives. The consultant drives solutioning, executive engagement, demonstrations, proof of concepts, proposal development, and bid management activities while supporting revenue growth and customer success.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation presales engagements across strategic customer accounts. Conduct discovery workshops, executive briefings, and business assessment sessions to identify customer challenges and transformation opportunities. Define AI, Data, and Analytics roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategies. Design solution architectures covering Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, Advanced Analytics, Enterprise Data Platforms, and Intelligent Automation. Develop and deliver executive presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution showcases. Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposal submissions. Prepare solution designs, implementation approaches, effort estimations, sizing models, and commercial inputs. Conduct bid defense, clarification sessions, and executive stakeholder presentations. Collaborate with sales, delivery, technology, and partner teams to develop competitive and innovative solutions. Support opportunity qualification, pipeline development, and strategic account growth initiatives. Provide thought leadership on emerging AI, Generative AI, Analytics, and Data Management trends. Develop AI solution use cases across customer service, operations, governance, productivity, knowledge management, and decision intelligence domains. Ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements. Support the transition from presales activities into project delivery and implementation teams. Build long-term relationships with customer executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline. Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications in AI, Cloud, Data, Analytics, or Solution Architecture.
Minimum Experience:
+10 years of experience in Enterprise Technology, Solution Consulting, Presales, Solution Architecture, or Technology Advisory roles. Proven experience leading large-scale AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation opportunities. Strong experience in enterprise solution design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and proposal development. Strong background in Data Platforms, Analytics, Cloud Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
