???? Andalusia Hospitals is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Activation Account Manager to join our growing team.

???? Requirements:
Strong experience in Medical Sales or as a Product Specialist is a must.
Strong and established relationships with doctors across multiple medical specialties.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive engagement, activation, and business growth.
Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
Previous experience in the healthcare/hospital sector is preferred.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors across different specialties.
Develop and execute account activation plans.
Identify business opportunities and drive account growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful activation initiatives.
Monitor account performance and achieve assigned targets.
Strengthen doctors’ engagement and maximize business opportunities.
