Job Summary

Connectalents the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring an HR Recruiter in Nasr City for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt. The company focuses on providing a secure comfortable and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training high-end equipment and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Source screen and interview candidates for various positions.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  
• Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in Recruitment.
  
• Proven experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
  

Required Skills:

What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a well-rounded HR leader who can balance strategy with execution. Experience: 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Scope Handling: Experience managing HR for organizations with 150250 employees is essential. HR Expertise: Strong hands-on experience across Personnel Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Industry Background: Experience in the fitness industry is highly preferred. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Education: HR Diploma is a strong plus. Language: Good command of English is required.
