We are seeking an experienced Site Pool Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool construction projects from initial excavation through final handover.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Civil Engineering background and hands-on experience across different stages of swimming pool construction, ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities * Supervise all swimming pool construction activities on-site, from excavation through final handover.
* Oversee reinforced concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, finishing, and pool equipment installation.
* Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to swimming pool works.
* Monitor the installation and testing of pool filtration, circulation, drainage, and water treatment systems.
* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snag list reviews to ensure compliance with project standards.
* Identify and resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate project updates to the project management team.

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Pool Engineer or in a similar role.
* Hands-on experience in swimming pool construction, including: * Reinforced concrete works * Waterproofing systems * Pool tiling and finishing * Pool mechanical systems and equipment * Testing, commissioning, and final handover * Strong knowledge of construction drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and quality control procedures.
* Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and team coordination skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
