Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Broker role based in Cairo. The Insurance Broker will advise clients on suitable insurance products, including personal and commercial lines, by assessing risk profiles, coverage needs, and budget constraints. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, explaining policy features, preparing quotations, processing applications, and managing renewals and policy changes. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with insurers to negotiate terms, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Insurance Broker will also provide ongoing customer support, resolve inquiries and claims-related issues, and contribute to business development through referrals and networking.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with the ability to analyze coverage options and advise clients effectively. Solid understanding of Finance and Retirement Planning to support clients’ long-term financial protection and investment objectives. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional client relationship management. Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of local insurance regulations and compliance requirements in Cairo and the broader region. Proficiency in standard office software and digital tools used for policy management and documentation. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple client accounts, and meet performance and service quality targets. Prior experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial advisory roles is an advantage.
