Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in HR Services, in Maadi, Egypt. The HR Operations Team Leader will lead and oversee the delivery of HR operations services for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll, social insurance, and statutory activities. This role will act as a key escalation point for complex client and regulatory cases, while supervising the HR Operations team, ensuring compliance, service quality, and effective delivery across multiple clients. Key Accountabilities Lead HR operations services for assigned clients and ensure timely, accurate delivery. Oversee payroll, social insurance, and statutory activities. Supervise, review, and approve HR Operations Specialists and Assistants. Handle escalated payroll, social insurance, and regulatory compliance cases. Review payroll calculations, government payments, Social Insurance Form (2), and statutory documents. Manage submissions through government e-portals. Lead social insurance due diligence and inspection activities. Analyze payroll and employee data to identify compliance gaps, financial exposure, and regulatory risks. Prepare and review due diligence and inspection reports with findings and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with social insurance, labor law, and income tax regulations. Manage multiple clients while maintaining service quality and meeting deadlines. Coach and support the HR Operations team and maintain effective client communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Social Insurance, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in payroll processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills,
- Strong knowledge of Social Insurance, Labor Law, and Income Tax regulations.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle, high-volume payroll,
- Experience with government e-portals and statutory submissions.
- Experience in social insurance and universal health insurance due diligence and inspections.
- Proven experience supervising and guiding HR Operations staff.
- Strong client relationship management and escalation-handling skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity and Excellent English language skills.
