• Job Summary

• As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, recommending the right business solutions, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  

• This is NOT a sales position and NOT a legal position.
  

• Key Responsibilities:

• -Meet and advise prospective clients.

• -Understand client objectives and business needs.

• -Recommend suitable services and solutions.

• -Manage the client journey from inquiry to project completion.

• -Coordinate with the Legal Practice and Corporate Services teams.

• -Maintain accurate CRM records.

• -follow up with clients professionally.

• -Build long-term client relationships.

• -Identify opportunities for additional services.
  

Requirements

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 2–10 years of experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service mindset.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Good command of English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience using CRM systems is a must.
