Overview:

As our Metal Fabrication Factory Manager, you will be the driving force behind all manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production, uncompromising quality, and an unwavering commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive production strategies to meet business objectives and market demands.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the metal fabrication process, from raw material to finished product, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.

• Quality Assurance: Champion our Quality Management System, ensuring all products meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.

• HSE Champion: Implement and enforce robust HSE Management protocols to maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.

• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Resource Management: Optimize the utilization of machinery, materials, and human resources to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for Process Optimization and Lean Manufacturing, constantly seeking ways to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Budget & Performance: Manage factory budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Experience That Excites: Possess 6-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role, ideally within metal fabrication.

• Management Prowess: Proven track record as a Manager, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.

• Core Competencies: Strong foundation in Engineering principles, coupled with hands-on expertise in Manufacturing and Production environments.

• Quality & Safety Advocate: In-depth knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems and rigorous HSE Management protocols.

• Operational Innovator: Demonstrated ability in Process Optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Leadership Excellence: Exceptional Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Resource Allocation skills.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong capabilities in Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and data-driven performance analysis.
