Job Summary

• Benchmark with baking test for yeast/improver from the market
• Understand each customers technical needs and recommend the solution/products adapted to his need
• Solving technical problem of client
• Collecting data regarding the bakery market competitors and the position of Lesaffre products
• Support bakeries with technical advice: yeast adapted to process ingredients solution process support
• Participate with baking tests in creating new products yeast and ingredients
• Make demonstration / technical visit on the market
• Reception animation inside the baking center for bakers distributors
• Preparing reports and entering data on LESAFFRE platform



Qualifications :

Education

• Diploma in Tourism & Hotels or Institute

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant hospitality or tourism roles

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Strong computer skills (MS Office hospitality systems etc.)

• Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
