Operations Coordinator

Alwaselah for Recruiting Workers Abroad is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment operations maintaining candidate records coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth processing of recruitment and mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with selected candidates after approval.
  
• Collect and verify passports and required documents.
  
• Maintain and update candidate records in Zoho Recruit and Excel.
  
• Coordinate with overseas clients regarding candidate status.
  
• Follow up on medical examinations visas and travel arrangements.
  
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
  
• Ensure candidate files are complete and properly documented.
  
• Support the Operations Department in day-to-day activities.
  

Requirements

Female candidates only.

13 years of experience in Operations Recruitment or HR.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.
