Job description

We are looking for a Project Engineer with a strong background in engineering consultancy / consulting firms to join our Projects team.
The ideal candidate will have an architectural or civil engineering background, strong communication skills, and experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Experience with high-rise buildings is preferred.
Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on multidisciplinary engineering project activities and deliverables.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure progress against agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain project schedules and track key milestones and deadlines.
Monitor project progress identify delays or potential issues, and follow up on required actions.
Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports.
Lead and organize project meetings and ensure that action items are followed up and closed.
Manage communication with internal teams, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.
Oversee project documentation and ensure that relevant information is properly maintained and communicated.
Support and contribute to design management and project management activities.
Prepare, develop, and review engineering proposals ensuring that technical content, project information, and required documentation are complete and professionally presented.
Take ownership of proposal engineering activities including proposal preparation, technical inputs, and supporting documentation.
Support business development activities by preparing technical and project-related information for proposals and business opportunities.
Analyze project requirements and contribute to developing appropriate technical and project solutions.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure that assigned tasks are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
Utilize relevant project management, engineering, documentation, and digital tools to manage project information and deliverables.
Health Insurance Social Insurance Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering .
3–4 years of relevant professional experience .
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Experience with high-rise buildings is preferred.
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Proposal Engineer, or in Business Development is preferred.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Strong proposal engineering and proposal-writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to prepare, develop, review, and present engineering proposals.
Strong reporting and communication skills.
Strong meeting and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent English proficiency.

Technical Skills Primavera AutoCAD Adobe InDesign Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft SharePoint AI tools Knowledge of document control platforms such as Aconex is preferred.
