Job Title: Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer – Macro Synthetic Concrete Fibers Location: Egypt Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer with experience in concrete technology and fiber-reinforced concrete to support the promotion and market development of our macro synthetic fiber products. The successful candidate will work closely with ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, consultants, and project owners to increase product adoption and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities Promote and develop the market for macro synthetic concrete fibers in Egypt. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for consultants, contractors, and ready-mix companies. Provide guidance on fiber dosage, applications, and performance benefits. Assist customers with technical submittals, specifications, and product approvals. Support slab-on-ground, industrial flooring, precast, shotcrete, and infrastructure applications. Work with engineering teams to prepare value-engineering proposals comparing macro synthetic fibers with conventional reinforcement methods. Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Coordinate field trials and provide on-site technical support when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in concrete technology, fiber-reinforced concrete, industrial flooring, ready-mix concrete, or construction materials. Strong understanding of macro synthetic fibers and their applications in concrete. Experience working with contractors, consultants, or ready-mix concrete producers. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and construction drawings. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Preferred Qualifications Experience with fiber-reinforced concrete design methodologies and industry standards. Existing network within the Egyptian ready-mix concrete and construction market. Experience providing technical support and conducting product training. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of new project specifications secured. Number of ready-mix producers and contractors actively using the product. Annual sales growth and market penetration. Customer retention and satisfaction. Technical seminars, presentations, and field trials conducted.
