Location: Obour City, Egypt Decorative Glass 1993 is looking for a motivated Project Sales Engineer to join our growing team and develop B2B project sales opportunities within the construction and building materials market.???? Key Requirements✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering.✔ 3–5 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales, preferably within Construction, Building Materials, or Industrial Products.✔ Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:Architectural Glass | Aluminum | Façade | Cladding | Curtain Walls | Steel | Stainless Steel | Construction Chemicals | HVAC | MEP | Sanitary | Waterproofing | Building Materials✔ Proven experience dealing with Contractors, Consultants, Developers, Architects, and Corporate Clients.✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.✔ Ability to prepare technical & commercial quotations, negotiate, follow up, and close deals.✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.✔ Owning a car is a MUST.✔ Presentable, self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client/project visits.???? Key Responsibilities???? Generate and develop new B2B project sales opportunities.???? Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and corporate clients.???? Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.???? Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with internal departments.???? Follow up on projects, customer requirements, opportunities, and sales pipeline.???? Conduct client visits, meetings, and project presentations.????
