Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Cairo in a home appliances factory. The Technician will assist in assembling, testing, and packing home appliances according to production guidelines and safety procedures. Daily tasks include operating basic factory equipment, following instructions from supervisors, and reporting any issues with machines or products. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area and cooperating with team members to meet production targets. No prior experience is required, and the company provides training, a good salary, social insurance, a free meal during shifts, and one day off each week.
Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions, learn new tasks quickly, and work accurately on repetitive processes. Basic understanding of safety practices in a factory or industrial environment, with willingness to follow all safety rules. Good teamwork and communication skills, with a reliable and punctual work attitude. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate manual work as part of the production line. Willingness to work full time on-site in Cairo and to participate in on-the-job training programs.
